Network Real Estate Specialist III

Job Summary

To support wireless network modification projects across Northern California, Nevada, and the Pacific Northwest, the remote contract Network Real Estate Specialist III will manage site acquisition activities, coordinate with vendors, negotiate leases, and ensure successful project delivery from initiation through construction handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage network modification projects, including microwave and macro site upgrades
• Drive site acquisition vendors to achieve project milestones and deliverables
• Negotiate site agreements, amendments, easements, and lease-related matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in telecommunications, wireless site acquisition, or project management
• Strong vendor management and project coordination experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based project tracking systems
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
