Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract mental health EAP clinicians
• Conduct warm and cold outreach to clinicians and manage the provider onboarding process
• Monitor network capacity and track operational metrics for leadership updates

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of provider-facing experience in healthcare or related environments
• Experience engaging healthcare providers through various outreach methods
• Comfortable learning and utilizing recruitment systems and technology platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
