Network Recruiter

Job Summary

To meet vendor and contractor network goals, the fully remote Network Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding contractors and vendors while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source and build a robust vendor network pipeline using various search methods
• Manage the interview, selection, and onboarding processes in accordance with company policies
• Conduct outbound campaigns to enroll qualified contractor candidates into the vendor network

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a prior sales role and vendor management required
• Prior experience managing a large sales territory preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish cooperative working relationships
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and basic computer skills required
