Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Recruitment Manager - Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach to imaging centers and present the value proposition of joining the network
• Negotiate contractual terms and develop fee schedule proposals using market analysis data
• Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities and track weekly KPIs related to recruitment efforts

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managed care contracting, provider relations, or network development
• Strong understanding of payer-provider dynamics and basic contracting terms
• Previous experience working with radiology/imaging providers preferred
• Demonstrated success in outbound business development or high-volume provider recruitment
• Proficient with CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets
