Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Recruitment and Development Specialist (French Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard mental health professionals to expand the network of service providers
• Review provider applications for compliance with credentialing standards and maintain up-to-date provider files
• Conduct Primary Source Verification and analyze client needs to match them with suitable providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fluency in both English and French
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Proficient in conducting online research and using software applications like Excel and Word
• Sales experience preferred
