Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Relations II.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing medical providers and verifying provider documentation
• Review credentials of prospective providers and conduct provider data audits
• Resolve disputes involving provider contracts and maintain provider manuals

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two or more years of equivalent work experience
• Customer service education/training within the insurance industry or managed care
• Experience in provider relations and network development
• Knowledge of national credentialing requirements and protocols
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
