Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing medical providers and verify provider documentation
• Review credentials of prospective providers and provide orientation on managed care procedures
• Manage provider data audits and coordinate provider roster updates

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two or more years of equivalent work experience
• Customer service education/training within the insurance industry or managed care
• Experience in managing provider relationships and data integrity
• Familiarity with credentialing requirements and state guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
