Network Relations Specialist

Job Summary

To lead the development and management of a geographic medical network, the full-time remote Network Relations Specialist will negotiate contracts with healthcare providers, monitor network adequacy, and build relationships with contracted providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage an adequate provider network by negotiating contracts with physicians and facilities
• Collect roster updates and standardize information in collaboration with Analytics and IT teams
• Monitor compliance and report on network status, risks, and opportunities to leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience negotiating provider contracts with various payment methodologies
• Experience with SERFF reporting of network adequacy
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar contact management systems
• Ability to analyze provider and hospital fee schedules for benchmarking
• Bonus: Experience in multi-state or national provider contracting
