Network Relations Specialist

Job Summary

To support relationship-building initiatives, the full-time Network Relations Specialist will manage partnerships with repair firms, develop training and marketing strategies, and oversee process improvements while working remotely within the continental United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops a standardized marketing and training strategy for repair firms to enhance participation and engagement
• Leads relationship management activities with qualified restoration companies and serves as a liaison with internal departments
• Creates and evaluates training and marketing materials, implementing process improvements as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in sales, recruiting, or marketing
• Proven ability to develop and implement new processes and facilitate client adoption
• Strong data analysis skills and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze complex insurance and credentialing requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
