Network Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the reliability and operational efficiency of a carrier-grade network, the full-time remote Network Reliability Engineer will develop and maintain telemetry pipelines, monitoring infrastructure, and automation frameworks while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems for collecting, storing, and displaying operational data from network infrastructure
• Build and improve monitoring pipelines and alert logic to provide timely visibility into network behavior
• Troubleshoot issues and consult with engineers to ensure adherence to operational best practices

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or infrastructure automation, primarily using Python
• Demonstrated ability to produce clean, well-tested Python code in a production environment
• Extensive experience with systems that collect and display operational data from infrastructure
• Solid knowledge of Linux systems and networking fundamentals
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
