Network Security Administrator

Job Summary

Providing specialized network and cyber security administration support, the full-time Network Security Administrator will manage firewall service requests, facilitate hardware modernization, and ensure compliance with security standards while working onsite in Denver, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Review and execute Firewall Service Requests (FSRs), break-fix tickets, and formal change requests
• Facilitate the decommissioning and refresh of End-of-Life (EOL) hardware
• Implement security controls and configurations to maintain compliance with IRS, FBI, and CJI standards

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Palo Alto and Cisco ASA firewall configuration and management
• Foundational knowledge of networking concepts, including routing protocols and the OSI model
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance as required
• Must pass criminal, financial background checks, and drug tests
• Experience with security policies, S2S VPN, and basic threat prevention techniques
