Network Security Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Security Architect for a contract position that is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level expertise in security technologies such as proxies, malware prevention, and data loss prevention systems
• Create application and network diagrams and summarize complex issues into executive summaries
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of fundamental networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and firewalls

Required Qualifications

• Solid background in the financial services industry
• Expertise in web proxies, malware prevention, and data loss prevention systems
• Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, packet analysis, and networking fundamentals
• Basic understanding of cryptography and SSL methodologies
• Experience with cloud service provider integration and virtualization technologies
