Network Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network and Edge Security Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure network and edge architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of secure enterprise, cloud, and edge network architectures
• Implement and manage network security controls, including firewalls and VPNs
• Integrate network security controls with enterprise platforms and ensure compliance with federal requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4-6+ years of experience in network security engineering or infrastructure security roles
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation controls
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and federal compliance frameworks
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to support federal contracting environments
