Network Security Engineer

Job Summary

Providing technical support in the design and deployment of Network Transformation and Operations, the full-time Network Security Engineer will assess and deploy technology solutions while troubleshooting network issues and ensuring operational stability in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily network, firewall, and operational support
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement changes to maintain stability and functionality
• Provide technical analysis during troubleshooting efforts and ensure documentation is updated

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in networking technologies, with 3 years in customer-facing roles
• CCNA certification or comparable level of knowledge
• B.S./B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent technical training
• Experience with Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto security services, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with networking technologies such as STP, VRF, MPLS, OSPF, and BGP
