Network Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support enterprise security initiatives, the contract Network Security Engineer will design, implement, monitor, and manage security infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network security solutions
• Monitor security events using SIEM and SOC monitoring platforms, and investigate security incidents
• Implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and support cloud security initiatives across AWS and Azure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet, SonicWall, and Palo Alto firewalls
• Expertise in SIEM solutions and threat detection platforms
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and cloud security practices
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CEH, and AWS Security Specialty
