Network Segmentation Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of Firewall and Segmentation Engineers, the remote Network Segmentation Supervisor will manage operational performance, oversee incident response, and ensure adherence to security protocols in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and prioritize tasks for a team of Firewall and Microsegmentation Engineers, promoting accountability and performance outcomes
• Ensure operational excellence by adhering to ITIL processes, monitoring ticket queues, and producing operational reports
• Act as the primary escalation point for high-priority incidents, driving root cause analysis and collaborating with stakeholders for effective communication and resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in networking, security, or network segmentation
• Strong understanding of network segmentation strategies and experience managing large-scale firewall environments
• Hands-on experience with Citrix ADC configuration and Microsegmentation platforms
• Advanced issue resolution skills for complex network and security issues
