Network Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Services Associate to manage data entry, analyze data sets, and handle provider communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries from providers and clients
• Document and update information accurately in cases and D365
• Process reconsiderations and assist with training new team members

Required Qualifications

• College education preferred with at least two years in a clerical setting, preferably in healthcare
• Experience in workers' compensation or call center environments is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer application systems
• Working knowledge of medical billing codes and claim forms
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
