Network Services Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for service ownership and operational management of enterprise network services, the full-time Network Services Manager will ensure reliable and secure service delivery across corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and remote locations while adhering to established governance standards and operational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the service owner for enterprise network services, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement
• Govern managed service provider delivery, holding them accountable to defined SLAs and operational metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in delivering and operating enterprise network services in complex environments
• Strong understanding of IT service management practices, including incident and change management
• Experience managing services delivered through managed service providers and strategic vendors
• Ability to lead service delivery within established architectural and governance frameworks
