Network Services Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Network Engineers, the full-time Manager of Network Services will oversee the design, implementation, and support of the firm's global network infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and security, with the option to work in a hybrid model or fully remotely from an approved U.S. state.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Network Engineers supporting the firm's global network environment
• Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of voice, LAN, WAN, cloud networking, and network security services
• Establish and maintain network policies, procedures, and operational controls while ensuring compliance with security and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• A minimum of five years of experience leading network engineering and operations teams
• Experience supporting a global, 24x7 enterprise environment
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, and TCP/IP networking
• Experience with SASE technologies, including SD-WAN and secure remote access
