Network Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Network Services & Communications Specialist to support network reporting and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and publishing service reports on network health and services
• Monitor network performance and vendor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Support incident response efforts and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in enterprise technology, reporting, or a related field
• 6+ months of experience in enterprise network engineering (wired preferred)
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools and observability solutions
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools
