Job Summary

Leading site acquisition strategy and execution, the full-time salaried Network Site Investments Manager will negotiate complex commercial agreements, conduct market research, and manage strategic partnerships to support Meta's global network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute site acquisition strategies for colocation, hyperscale, and greenfield development
• Negotiate multi-megawatt agreements with datacenter operators and manage long-term relationships
• Align site investment strategies with capacity planning teams to address AI-driven demand forecasts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the network and/or datacenter industry with a focus on site selection or real estate acquisition
• Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements across various datacenter models
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions
• Strong background in developing financial forecasts and investment analyses for infrastructure projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field
