Network Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Engineer, Network Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide break/fix support for customer services across the international network
• Own and resolve incidents swiftly, coordinating with customers and teams
• Conduct proactive problem management to ensure service stability and operational quality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Telco, Service Provider, or Managed Services environment
• General knowledge of Telecom/SP/MSP industry standards and products
• Understanding of SD-WAN technologies and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.)
• Experience with network security technologies and protocols
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix based tools and Cisco/Juniper systems
