Network Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Network Solutions Engineer will provide operational support in a production MIST environment, utilizing Marvis and the MIST GUI to troubleshoot and resolve wireless and switching issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct network information gathering workshops to understand customer requirements and existing designs
• Troubleshoot equipment and network problems, managing JTAC cases for pre- and post-production issues
• Train customer personnel on configuring and operating Juniper Networks products and assist in developing operational procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of design, implementation, and operational experience in large-scale IP networks
• Experience with MIST design and deployment, including Mist Wireless assurance and API/Web UI support
• Strong knowledge of Juniper Campus Fabric Designs and core routing protocols (BGP and OSPF)
• Technical certifications such as JNCIS MistAI and JNCIP MistAI, supported by hands-on experience
• Background in automation with tools like Ansible, YAML, and Python scripting
