Job Summary

Leading network strategy and development, the full-time salaried Network Strategy Executive will oversee provider network management, operations, and contracting activities while collaborating with senior leadership to ensure compliance and enhance provider satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Directs negotiations and strategy for complex provider contracts to support network objectives
• Develops and implements provider network strategies in new markets, focusing on resource allocation to meet healthcare needs
• Manages a high-performance team, fostering talent development and ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in healthcare, including provider network management and senior-level operations experience
• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of reimbursement methodologies across Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hospitals and provider groups
• Strong analytical skills and experience in navigating complex regulatory environments
