Network Strategy Officer
Job Summary
Supporting vendor engagement and network order processing, the full-time remote Network Strategy Officer will manage quote requests, track delivery milestones, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient network operations.
Key responsibilities
- Submit and track vendor quote requests and follow up on responses and delivery commitments
- Monitor vendor delivery timelines and escalate risks related to delays or missing documentation
- Maintain accurate updates in internal tracking systems and coordinate with Operations and Engineering on network risks
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications, IT operations, or vendor support
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and vendor portals
- Interest in telecommunications and network infrastructure
