Network Success Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and analytical Network Success Manager, this full-time remote role is responsible for executing the end-to-end syndication enablement workflow, focusing on Vetting and Product Matching processes while driving operational improvements and ensuring high network data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and process incoming client syndication and enablement requests, assigning them to appropriate queues
• Research and analyze enablement requests, verifying client authorizations and contractual limitations to ensure data integrity
• Manage assigned operational initiatives, driving them from initiation to completion through collaboration and focused effort

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in technical operations, data analysis, or related support roles
• Proficiency with Salesforce and/or JIRA ticketing and workflow management systems
• Experience with data verification, mapping, and system configuration troubleshooting
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven track record of driving initiatives from start to finish
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical job experience
