Job Summary
A company is looking for a Network Support Engineer (Level 3) Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 help-desk technicians, resolving complex tickets and mentoring junior staff
- Troubleshoot, configure, and manage complex routing, switching, LAN, and WAN environments for clients
- Diagnose and resolve high-level system, server, and network outages to ensure maximum uptime
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of hands-on networking and advanced IT support experience, ideally in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- CompTIA Network+ certification required; Cisco CCNA or equivalent preferred
- Experience with routing & switching, LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall management
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS is a plus
