Job Summary
To support a growing technical support organization, the full-time Network Support Engineer will resolve complex network-related incidents, perform advanced diagnostics, and provide technical guidance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve highly complex network-related incidents and service requests
- Perform advanced diagnostics across routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and load balancing
- Create and maintain advanced technical documentation and knowledge resources
