Network Support Manager

Job Summary

Ensuring optimal access, quality, compliance, and performance of the provider network, the full-time Network Support Manager will manage operational execution, resolve network issues, and engage providers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and tactical implementation for maintaining the provider network and contracting initiatives
• Analyze and implement strategies to ensure accurate administration of facility provider contracts across multiple lines of business
• Interface with providers regarding contractual obligations and assist in the development of tools for contract implementation and administration

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the health care industry, focusing on provider relations and facility contracts
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Managed Care, and value-based care models
• Understanding of CMS/state quality programs, risk adjustment, and utilization management
• Experience with provider contracting language and operational requirements
• MBA, MHA, or related graduate degree is strongly preferred
