Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Support Specialist I to provide technical support and solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various services for residential and small business customers
  • Monitor outages and maintenance events, gathering data and escalating when necessary
  • Accurately document all interactions and updates in the service database throughout the support process
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, network troubleshooting, or technical service, preferably in telecommunications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or relevant coursework are a plus
  • Comfortable reading and applying technical documentation and manuals
  • Demonstrated proficiency using computer applications, including email and Microsoft Office
