Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated Network Support Specialist responsible for practitioner setup, payment configuration, and financial support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup practitioner profiles and maintain finance calendars for payment rendering
• Investigate provider reimbursement inquiries and collaborate with internal teams for accurate invoicing
• Manage communication channels and follow established workflows for compliance and consistency

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of experience working collaboratively in a customer-driven environment
• 1+ years of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to maintain document security and work in a dedicated workspace
