Job Summary

Providing technical support to field engineers and clients, the full-time remote Network Support Specialist will diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment, software, and systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and networked systems
  • Respond to escalated technical issues and report design and maintenance problems to engineering teams
  • Assist with customer installations, training, and perform administrative duties related to service level agreements
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting large, complex aerospace or defense enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with legacy network architectures and modernization efforts
  • Experience operating within regulated, multi-site, globally distributed environments
  • Relevant IT service management or networking certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise network environments (LAN, WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless)
