Network Surveillance Technician

Job Summary

Working overnight from Thursday to Monday, the full-time Network Surveillance Technician will provide tactical response and real-time operations support for network and system monitoring, ensuring efficient outage coordination and incident management in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate outage responses for Tier I inputs, ensuring effective communication during incidents
• Provide real-time operations support during major incidents, including triage and escalation of network/system issues
• Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain operational integrity

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Associate degree or a High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in network/system monitoring
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Active Directory principles
