Job Summary
Working overnight from Thursday to Monday, the full-time Network Surveillance Technician will provide tactical response and real-time operations support for network and system monitoring, ensuring efficient outage coordination and incident management in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate outage responses for Tier I inputs, ensuring effective communication during incidents
- Provide real-time operations support during major incidents, including triage and escalation of network/system issues
- Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain operational integrity
Required qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Associate degree or a High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in network/system monitoring
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Active Directory principles
