Network Surveillance Technician

Job Summary

To support security operations, the full-time Network Surveillance Technician will perform incident mitigation, educate customers on security threats, and collaborate with various teams to enhance service policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in recovering from fraudulent activities and security incidents
• Collaborate with teams to address security, policy, and compliance issues
• Manage incoming operation tickets and provide timely responses to customer inquiries

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in security and privacy
• High School Diploma or GED; relevant coursework and experience may be considered
• Knowledge of malware, phishing, and other security threats
• Experience in remote troubleshooting and process improvement
• Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and applications
