Network Surveillance Technician

Job Summary

Providing essential support during overnight shifts, the full-time Network Surveillance Technician will monitor network systems, coordinate outage responses, and ensure real-time operations support, all while working remotely from 10 PM to 6 AM MST.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network and system performance, coordinating responses to outages and maintenance scenarios
• Provide real-time operational support during major incidents, including triage and escalation of network/system issues
• Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure effective communication and coordination during incidents

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Associate degree or a High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in network/system monitoring
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Active Directory principles
