Job Summary
Providing essential support during overnight shifts, the full-time Network Surveillance Technician will monitor network systems, coordinate outage responses, and ensure real-time operations support, all while working remotely from 10 PM to 6 AM MST.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor network and system performance, coordinating responses to outages and maintenance scenarios
- Provide real-time operational support during major incidents, including triage and escalation of network/system issues
- Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure effective communication and coordination during incidents
Required qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Associate degree or a High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in network/system monitoring
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Active Directory principles
