Network Surveillance Technician

Job Summary

Working overnight from Thursday to Monday, the full-time Network Surveillance Technician will provide tactical response for monitoring and coordinating outage responses, ensuring real-time operations support during major incidents in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate outage responses and triage for Tier I inputs, including network and system monitoring
• Provide real-time operations support during major incidents, validating and escalating network/system issues
• Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure effective incident management

Required qualifications:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Associate degree or a High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in network/system surveillance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Active Directory principles
