Network Systems Surveillance Technician

Job Summary

Working overnight from Thursday to Monday, the full-time Network Systems Surveillance Technician will provide tactical response and real-time operations support for network and system monitoring, ensuring effective communication during outage scenarios in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate outage response and triage for all Tier I inputs
• Provide real-time operations support during major incidents, including triage and escalation of network/system issues
• Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures effectively

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Associate degree or a High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Active Directory principles
