Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls from customers and provide high standards of customer service
  • Document service issues reported during calls and escalate to higher-level support as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist with customer trouble resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years of relevant technical support experience
  • Experience in a technical support role such as NOC, IT Helpdesk, or Service Desk
  • Knowledge of core TCP/IP networking skills, routing, and switching
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts and/or on-call rotations
  • Experience with network monitoring software is a plus
