Job Summary

Providing front line support in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Network Technician will manage ticket creation, apply basic configuration changes to remote client systems, and maintain documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Open tickets and respond to support requests from partners within defined SLAs
  • Apply basic tier 1 configuration changes to wireless access points, switches, and firewalls
  • Maintain documentation of existing systems and perform firmware updates on remote client systems
Required qualifications:
  • One year of networking experience or current Network+ / PCNA or equivalent certification
  • Novice level understanding of Layers 1-3 of the OSI Model and wireless local area networks
  • Experience supporting customer environments in a helpdesk/support capacity
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Availability for nights and weekends as needed
