Job Summary
To support the network infrastructure at ATSU, the full-time Analyst Network Technologies will monitor and maintain network systems, execute hardware and software upgrades, and provide escalation support, working in a hybrid environment based in Kirksville, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and maintain routing, switching, and authentication infrastructure while collaborating with Network Engineers on capacity planning and network design
- Monitor and troubleshoot over 300 network devices across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with security standards and optimizing network performance
- Manage Cisco Webex Calling platforms and oversee physical security technology, including access control systems and IP cameras
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related major or equivalent experience with networking technology
- Cisco CCNA certification and CCNP Enterprise level knowledge of switching technologies
- Proficiency in TCP/IPv4, DHCP, DNS, Ethernet, and wireless security protocols
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems, Mac OS X, iOS, Android, and network security concepts
- Able to lift and carry heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and perform physical tasks in challenging environments
