Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network/Telecom Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and maintain voice, data, and video network systems
Create and provide documentation for hardware and software solutions
Manage telecom services across all sites, troubleshoot issues, and procure services/equipment as needed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent post high school education and/or work experience
1-3 years experience in the Telecom/Network industry
Working knowledge of networking/telecom environment and relevant protocols
Ability to manage a small to medium sized infrastructure project
Experience with call center technologies, Microsoft Teams, Server Administration is a plus
