Job Summary

To enhance large-scale communication and contact center platforms, the full-time remote Network Telephony Engineer will design, implement, and optimize Cisco Webex Contact Center environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize enterprise Cisco Webex Contact Center environments, including voice, routing, IVR, and agent configurations
  • Lead modernization initiatives across Cisco UC and Webex Contact Center, focusing on routing strategy design and legacy-to-cloud migrations
  • Establish observability practices and monitor service health to drive systemic improvements and enhance platform stability
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise network, voice, or contact center platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco collaboration technologies and Webex Contact Center, including CUCM, Unity, and UCCE
  • Experience with call flow design, intelligent routing, and IVR configuration within Cisco/Webex environments
  • Experience with automation related to deployment, recovery, and monitoring processes
