Job Summary

To support large-scale communication and contact center platforms, the full-time remote Network Telephony Engineer will design, implement, and optimize Cisco Webex Contact Center environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize enterprise Cisco Webex Contact Center environments, including voice, routing, IVR, and agent configurations
  • Lead modernization initiatives and develop automation for deployment, provisioning, and monitoring workflows
  • Establish observability practices and drive systemic improvements to enhance platform stability and reliability
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise network, voice, and contact center platforms, specifically Cisco collaboration technologies
  • Hands-on experience with call flow design, intelligent routing, and IVR configuration within Cisco/Webex environments
  • Experience with automation related to deployment and operational processes
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data and metrics for process improvement
