Job Summary
To enhance large-scale communication and contact center platforms, the full-time remote Network Telephony Engineer will design, implement, and optimize Cisco Webex Contact Center environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize enterprise Cisco Webex Contact Center environments, including voice, routing, IVR, and agent configurations
- Lead modernization initiatives and develop automation for deployment and operational processes to improve reliability
- Establish observability practices, monitor service health, and drive improvements for platform stability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise network, voice, and contact center platforms
- Hands-on experience with Cisco collaboration technologies and Webex Contact Center
- Experience in call flow design, intelligent routing, and IVR configuration within Cisco/Webex environments
- Experience with automation related to deployment, recovery, and monitoring processes
