Network Telephony Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance communication and contact center platforms, the full-time remote Network Telephony Engineer will design, implement, and optimize Cisco Webex Contact Center environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize enterprise Cisco Webex Contact Center environments, including voice, routing, and IVR configurations
• Lead modernization initiatives and develop automation for operational processes to improve reliability and efficiency
• Establish observability practices and monitor service health to drive systemic improvements in platform stability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise network, voice, contact center, or communications platforms
• Hands-on experience with Cisco collaboration technologies and Webex Contact Center
• Experience in call flow design, intelligent routing, and IVR configuration within Cisco/Webex environments
• Experience with automation related to deployment, monitoring, and operational processes
