Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Network Telephony Engineer will design, implement, and optimize Cisco Webex Contact Center environments, focusing on enterprise voice, routing, and IVR solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise Cisco Webex Contact Center environments, including voice, routing, and IVR configurations
- Lead modernization initiatives for Cisco UC and Webex Contact Center, including routing strategy design and cloud migrations
- Develop automation for deployment, provisioning, and monitoring to improve operational reliability and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise network, voice, or contact center platforms
- Hands-on experience with Cisco collaboration technologies and Webex Contact Center
- Experience in call flow design, IVR configuration, and contact center operational support
- Experience with automation related to deployment and operational processes
