Job Summary
To enhance communication and contact center platforms, the full-time remote Network Telephony Engineer will design, implement, and optimize Cisco Webex Contact Center environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize enterprise Cisco Webex Contact Center environments, including voice, routing, and IVR configurations
- Lead modernization initiatives for Cisco UC and Webex Contact Center, focusing on routing strategies and cloud migrations
- Develop automation for deployment and operational processes to improve reliability and reduce manual efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise network, voice, or contact center platforms
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco collaboration technologies and Webex Contact Center
- Experience in call flow design, IVR configuration, and operational support within Cisco/Webex environments
- Proficiency in automation related to deployment, monitoring, and provisioning processes
