Network Tools Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Tools Engineer to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in support of multiple enterprise tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot, plan, and implement software releases, patches, and upgrades
• Maintain documentation and manage change and incident tickets following ITSM processes
• Support primary and secondary tools including OpenText NNMi and BMC TrueServer Automation

Required Qualifications

• System administration experience on Windows, Solaris, and RHEL
• Scripting skills in .bat and .sh; Java and Perl experience is a plus
• Experience with automation tools and developing/running automation jobs
• College degree or 5-10 years of relevant technical experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass an enhanced background screen for Public Trust clearance
