Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Tools Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot tools, including planning and implementing releases, patches, and upgrades
Update documentation and manage change/incident tickets
Follow ITSM processes for installations and validations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree
System administration experience for Windows, Solaris, and RHEL OS
Scripting experience (e.g., .bat and .sh)
Experience with automation tools and job management
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain required agency security clearance
