Network UC Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network / Unified Communication (UC) Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, deploy, and support Cisco UC Manager and Session Border Controller platforms
• Document administrative items, incidents, and requests while adhering to organizational change management policies
• Provide network support for UC architecture, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• DoD Unified Communications experience
• Ability to obtain TS security clearance
• Experience with SIP Trunking configuration and troubleshooting
• 8 years of technology experience in Network, Application, and Security
• B.A or B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology, or 8 years of related experience
